Holding Policy
Animals will only be held with a required 20% deposit. If the animal(s) has not been paid for in full within 30 days or other arrangements have not been made your deposit will be forfeited and the animal will go back up for sale. All deposits are nonrefundable. All sales are based on a first come first serve basis.
I will hold animals as long as needed if weather does not permit safe shipping.
Ordering animals
Step #1 - Browse the animals for sale on my available page.
Step #2 - Locate the ID# of the animal(s) you’re interested in email or call me to check availability.
Step #3 - We’ll arrange a form of payment and after payment is received we’ll schedule a shipping day.
Payment
All animals are sold on a first come first serve basis. We accept Paypal (you don't have to have a paypal account to pay by credit card) as well as money orders and personal checks. Checks are subject to bank clearance. All animals will be paid in full before shipping. My paypal email is cody@professionalreptiles.com. You can also use the orange paypal “click here to pay” button on my available page. For money orders and checks I’ll send you my address. I reserve the right to not sell animals to individuals if I feel they are unfit.
All residents of Nevada will be charged 7.725% sales tax.
Shipments/Guarantee
Shipping is a flat rate of $55 to most locations for FedEx Priority Overnight within the lower 48 states. Orders over $600 in live animals are eligible for free shipping. This offer is only for live animals and excludes supplies. After being shipped all shipping costs are non refundable.
All animals are guaranteed to be live, healthy and properly sexed upon arrival as long as someone is home to receive the package. I will not ship if no one is there to receive the package. For some reason if no one is there live arrival is void. Live arrival may also be void if the package sits all day unopened or incorrect delivery information is given. We verify all shipping address to ensure this doesn’t happen. We can arrange shipment to a neighbor or friend as long as someone is there to receive the package. Boxes can also be sent to your nearest FedEx Staffed location and held for pickup. In times of extreme temperatures this may be the only way to safety send them unless shipping is delayed. The customer will be responsible to pickup the package in a timely manner or live arrival is void.
We do not guarantee the proper sex of an animal if they are listed as unsexed. If there are any problems contact us within 8 hours of receiving your order. We may require you send the animal back or show photos for verification. All animals have a 24 hour health guarantee. They are no longer in my care and I can’t guarantee them beyond this period.
Animals will be shipped in a Styrofoam box with heat or cold packs when needed. Live arrival is guaranteed only with daytime temperature of 40-88 degrees. We reserve the right to postpone shipping if we feel weather conditions are not optimal. Animals are shipped Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only. We cannot be responsible for any delays in shipping due to carrier issues. After your order has been delivered I would greatly appreciate if you would email me so I know how the animal(s) arrived. If I don't hear from you I'll assume everything is great and I'll consider the transaction complete.
All orders have NO minimums, package or handling charges!
International Shipping
Unfortunately, at this I’m not able to send live shipments out of the United States. I hope to offer world wide shipping in the future.
